Tim and Eric are geniuses. If you don't see that for yourself, you need to question your own comprehension skills. I for one am just glad there is something new to go over your head. It is only made all the better for the fact that it allows people to establish their place as non-it-getters, by proclaiming their lack of understanding in such a whiny manner as they do whenever this show comes up.

What with france just releasing all their intelligence reports on UFO's, and the repeated arizona lights, it takes a particularly hard head not to want at least a serious public investigation into the validity of these claims.

Not to ruin the hilarity behind this clip, but it very well may just be from a sketch comedy show called 'In De Gloria'. The guy who plays Erik Hartman is in pictures all over their site, acting as a few different characters.
