Re: Dubya's Presidentiary Soundboard
4) February 19, 2004 after Wisconsin's primary John Kerry expresses discontent for those companies that send jogs overseas. Kerry’s wife Teresa Heinz is the heiress to the Heinz Ketchup Company. 57 of the 79 plants that the Heinz Company operates are overseas. One is as close as Mexico.

5) John Kerry says that we are to dependent on foreign oil. Not only has he not said how he would make us less dependent, but he voted against drilling in Alaska and is not in favor of windfarms off the coast of Nantucket where he resides during the summer.

- He flies around the country in a Gulfstream-5 jet that burns 500 gallons of fuel an hour.

- At last count Kerry and Heinz had three SUVs registered on Nantucket alone.

6) John Kerry wants to raise minimum wage. - This will raise the cost of production, which will send more jobs over seas. It will also raise the cost of services.

7) Kerry will raise taxes on "the wealthy" who they see as anybody with a household income of over $75k. Mean while Heinz refuses to show her tax records. Is it because she moves her money around and hides it with fancy accounting.

NEED I GO ON?

Re: Dubya's Presidentiary Soundboard
Now for you,,, Genius.
1) If you believe that GW brought us to war because Saddam tried to kill his father. If that was the case then why did both Kerry and Edwards support the war? Wouldn’t they have recognized that this was an act of revenge?

Kerry claims to have a secret plan for Iraq but will only tell the public the details after he is elected. – Why is it more important for John Kerry to be elected President then it is to get our troops out of Iraq safely.
http://msnbc.msn.com/id/5006632/site/newsweek/

2) So why does Kerry support removing Saddam only when a democrat is in power?

3) John Kerry says that Bush is not doing enough to make our country safer, yet Kerry has missed hundreds of votes on Homeland security because he is so busy campaigning.

Re: Dubya's Presidentiary Soundboard
FOR THE RECORD – Here are some things I don’t like about Bush
- His stance on gay marriage, no I’m not gay.
- I wish he would work harder to keep jobs from going over seas.
- Do more to keep illegal migrants out of the country thus protecting the value of the American worker.
- I wish he would support Stem Cell research programs.
- Make the Government smaller - Cut back on overlapping agencies and programs.
- If you’re going to have tax cuts that means spending less not more. (see bullet above)

Am I blindly supporting Bush? No, I know where his weakness are. His he a better canidate then Kerry? I my mind yes.

Re: Dubya's Presidentiary Soundboard
4) The Economy – Let’s remember that the economy started to tank when the Dotcom bubble finally burst in 1999-2000, when Clinton was in office. To blame Bush is unfair. The economy was over inflated with companies that were spending like drunken sailors. The high tech industry grew too fast. Don’t forget the effect 911 had on the economy either. If Bin Laden was taken care of during the Clintons 911 would have been prevented. Since both these events;

- The country is now in its third year of economic growth.

- Nationwide, incomes are rising faster than inflation.

- Interest rates are the lowest in 37 years, and low interest rates have allowed Americans to refinance their homes, adding more than $100 billion to their pocketbooks and to the economy.

- The homeownership rate—a central part of the American dream—is 68 percent, close to the highest ever.

- Productivity of American workers—the most important indicator of our economic strength—went up 5.6 percent over the last four measured quarters, the best since 1973.

5) AIDS - The President’s 2005 budget commitment $17.1 billion in funding for AIDS research, care, prevention, and treatment - an increase of 27% since 2001.

2) The environment - Bush is trying to pass a bill that would; restore and to improve at least 3 million acres of wetlands over the next five years, incentives to landowners to restore wetlands and the establishment of public-private partnerships to improve current wetlands, put in place some of the most important anti-pollution policies in a decade.

3) Education – He’s made the typical promises that most Presidents and politicians make but never really follow through with, spend more, better programs, improve the quality of teachers, smaller class rooms. Blab blab blab. However he has said that parents need to take a more active role, I agree.

Re: Dubya's Presidentiary Soundboard
What do I think of Bush…

1) Saved taxes “for his millionaire buddies”? I love how you make it sound like only Bushes “millionaire buddies” are benefiting from the tax cuts and that’s the only reason for the cuts, to benefit his friends.

Those tax breaks benefit all families who have a combined income of over 75K. That’s $37.5 per spouse, hardly millionaires. The typical American family of four will be able to keep at least $1,600 more of their own money and also doubles the child tax credit, reduces the marriage penalty.

Kerry wants reverse the Bush’s tax cuts for anyone making more then 200K. This means that for every dollar that they make the government is going to take 60 cents. Why should they be asked to carry more of the burden? These are the people that jump-start and keep the economy going. These are the people that start companies, increase the demands for services, buy goods, all of which in return create jobs.

When government attempts to help the poor by simply redistributing income, it often undermines incentives to work harder and earn more. Generally these people use more public resources and contribute less if anything at all to back into the system. Why should they be able to pay nothing at all?

Re: Dubya's Presidentiary Soundboard
2) Incase you missed the point of the article I’ll spell it out for you. Kerry is a fraud. He was in Vietnam less than four months and collected three purple hearts. For minor wounds so that he could get out of there as soon as possible. Why do you think he refuses to release his military medical records.

"I didn't really want to get involved in the war," Kerry said in a little-noticed contribution to a book of Vietnam reminiscences published in 1986. "When I signed up for the swift boats, they had very little to do with the war. They were engaged in coastal patrolling and that's what I thought I was going to be doing." – Boston Globe (Left wing rag from JK’s hometown)

Kerry hoped to service at a relatively safe distance from most fighting, securing an assignment as a "swift boat" skipper. While the 50-foot swift boats cruised the Vietnamese coast a little closer to the action than the Gridley had come, they were still considered relatively safe.

The truth of the matter is he signed up for Vietnam to propel his political career. Kerry was so “focused on his future ambitions,” that he bought a Super-8 movie camera and recorded hours and hours of footage of himself in Nam. It’s even been said that he reenacted combat scenes days later.
http://www.humaneventsonline.com/article.php?id=4641 (I hope this is not too right wing for you)

3) The Vietnam Veterans against John Kerry – You’re damn right they are bias that was my point. These men went to battle with Kerry I think their opinion means a lot.

You're OH-FOR-THREE and may be even more!

Re: Dubya's Presidentiary Soundboard
I can’t win an argument? I think I’ve handle myself just fine it’s, you who is on the defense and resorting to passive aggressive tactics.

1) CNN, as impartial a source as can be – Are you kidding me! It’s only been called the “Clinton News Network”. It’s typical that you try and discredit my information because you feel the source is too far to the right. The links that I sent are loaded with quotes from Kerry himself or men that served with Kerry. To discredit them is a desperate act. It’s well known that the media in this country leans heavily to the left (With the exception of FoxNews). New York Times & Post, Washington Times & Post, CNN, MSNBC, Boston Globe just to name a few have liberal agendas.

Your pathetic, you really are. You are so juvenile the way you load your responds with unnecessary, demeaning, and arrogant remarks. It’s like arguing with an eight year old.
