Re: Public Enemy vs Benny Benassi: Bring the Noise
The song is a guilty pleasure, but someone please tell me that this is *not* the official video.

Re: Russian UFO Crash: KGB Documented Film
At 3:02 did I see "aliens"?!?
Must be real! The craft buried more than half of itself in the ground at a different trajectory than what they simulated at the into of the footage.

Re: BBC Horizon: Global Dimming
Absolutely astounding.
The best way to put it would have to be: "Wow, we fucked up bad."

Entertaining, but I can't help but feel sorry for the dog.

Re: Keith Blasts Bush Scapegoating: "This is Your War"
He is a political commentator. His job is to point out why other people are doing a bad job and why. I think he does a great job.

Re: History repeating itself
Obviously the situation we find ourselves in is not entirely Bush's fault. Americans obviously have no real desire to have a say in their lives. They run to the loudest on the field, the one who is the best at bullying the others into submission. They have proved this beyond a doubt by their lack of care and involvement in the world around them. However, in America we do have certain (unfortunately misplaced) trust in our elected officials to behave in a *responsible* manner in regards to the government. The Bush administration has obviously not walked all over them, but obliterated them beyond the recognition or rememberance they were ever there. Americans are "sheep" enough to do what they are told and complain when they are unhappy with the results.
In regards to Bush...it is not he who makes the calls. Oh, in the end that's what it falls to, but he has a highly trained team of specialists in their respective areas to help him with *everything.* It is not having one man stand in front of all disasters that happen to this country, as with a goalie.
But I believe the most important thing we need to understand right now is that he is no long a president. He is a dictator. He has taken your right to personal freedom. As mentioned earlier, the new executive directive put in to practice on Tuesday of this week allows the government to TAKE YOUR STUFF. He who would allow your torture, tapping phone lines without due process, being kept for months or years with in prison, again without due process, has topped it off with being able to "block the property" of suspected terrorists. And section eight of the article is particularly apealing, allowing that since this grants no rights and is not a law, it cannot be fought in court. And, should you attempt to help someone fight it, you are also subject to its enforcement. Nice job America!
Please, keep yourself informed. Go to whitehouse.gov and check into all his presidential directives, available at the right side of the site.
