Make it out alive, anyway.

Re: Racism at John McCain Rally, Denver
Point taken. Kinda like what Powell was trying to draw attention to in his endorsement: Obama's not a Muslim, but why would there problem if he were?

Re: Racism at John McCain Rally, Denver
are you kidding? you didn't hear the 'monkey' noises at the begining? or Obama being referred to as 'a monkey president'? were they referring to his 'monkey' religion? or perhaps his 'monkey' ideology? no...they were being racist.

Re: Time Travel
No actually, that conclusion does not follow. You missed an aspect of time travel theory that they mentioned toward the end "...he'll never be reunited with his father--time travel to the past would only begin once his machine is switched on." The idea is that a machine cannot be used to travel further back than its own existence--but people in the future may send info up back up to the point that a machine is turned on and left on.
And we may send information forward into the future, assuming that the machine is continuously on up to that moment.

Re: Real Sumo Fighting
I dunno...the clip seemed to have it's fair share of flares. Perhaps either description would be accurate.

Re: Press Your Luck
Since when did casino's become the arbiters of fairness and justice? The casino's rules are for the casinos. The game show, I am sure, has its own rules spelled out in a legal contract that the contestants sign on to before participating in a taping of the show.
If anything, the show had misled contestants (and the viewing public) into thinking that the board was blinking in random patterns. We need to give credit to a person who bypasses public perceptions and discovers the truth.
And yes, he did it to win money--which is the point of being a game show contestant after all.

Re: The Lockers: Malt Liquor Commercial
I'd just like to point out that it's a bit misleading to refer to locking as "early breakdancing". Locking and breakdancing developed separately (locking on the west coast and breakdancing on the east) before they later influenced each other.

Re: FOX News Ambushes Bill Moyers
exactly. they were seeing if Porter would be comfortable if the same tactics were applied to him: "It felt like you were setting up an attack piece...kinda like this"--lolz

Re: FOX News Ambushes Bill Moyers
I fail to see how punching someone in the face qualifies as "acting like an adult".
