depends on what you consider film, but not much. IMDB's first listing is 1888 although there's one of a horse running that I think is earlier but not necessarily film because it was shot with a bunch of single frame camera's.

seems like a perfectly relevent question. It's a follow up to comments made by one of McCain's top advisors.
That being said, it has a simple answer, birth control is something that falls outside of the insurance company business model and viagra is not. Birth control doesn't help fix something that isn't working. If you want the price of birth control to go down, subsidies are where you should turn to, not forcing insurance companies to cover it.
