I don't remember what airline I was on, but after a flight while the flight attendant was doing her landing spiel, she made some similar jokes and sang a song.

"Please turn off all electronic devices including cell phones. You don't have any friends to talk to anyways. No one likes you."

If you look closely, I think you can see that the cubes are mirror images of each other, except that the orange and red faces were switched. He's not so much solving two at a time as he is solving the same one twice with one hand each.
