The BBC reported this building fell before it actually fell. The building is clearly still standing in the background as the reporter talks about it.
This video says nothing about why the building fell even thought you have decided to bring it up. The video just points out something terribly peculiar and asks people to look into it. I'm sorry you lost people you know.
