I imagine the banning part has something to do with the gay couple in the middle, not the overall premise of the commercial.
Which kinda bothers me. I mean, at least they're pretty up-front about everyone being welcome. Don't like it, don't go there.

Sometimes I wonder.
My generation grew up with the pap that I loved like GI Joe and Transformers, which was entertaining but mindless. (it was, get over it.)
But I watched things like animaniacs and freakazoid long after I finished high school. they were pretty clever, adn made an attempt quite often to educate.
Does that mean the generation that has yet to take over our world is smarter and more sophisticated than me? I hope so. And they better take over soon, because we seem to suck at leading so far.

Lightning strikes are very common, and usually only leave a tiny hole at the most in the skin of the plan. These often go un-repaired for months, as they really pose no threat to the structure.
Still, very neat to see one actually get hit.
