So the only legitimate functions of government are military and prisons? In other words, our taxes should only be used to kill people and break things.
Good plan there, Grover. We need to cut out sub-standard education for poor people. Just give 'em $14000 toward their $25000 tuitions. That way, the publicly-financed prisons will have something to do.
