Wait just a second. If the government and telecoms did nothing wrong or illegal, according to Bush Administration assertions, then why do they need immunity from prosecution?

Doesn't it share you that a president doesn't need a warrant to spy on people? FISA worked fine even with oversight, and don't let anybody tell you otherwise...
