Meet The Super Cow
These gigantic cows resemble bovine body-builders. See how breeders have achieved such amazing results.

Re: Meet The Super Cow
Selective breeding is not part of naturla selection, it is in fact genetical manipulation. but they just don't mention that because it has people thinking of strange monsters (wich is not that far away from this). The gene that is defective has actually mutated at some point in the ancestors of these cows and has mutated so that it doesn't function anymore. Again they don't talk about mutations because of the scary monsters.

Its the same thing farmers have been doing for hundreds of years by saving seeds of plants from the tallest and most abundant plants of their crops.

Re: Meet The Super Cow
At least that didn't involve splicing dna from wombats or whatever. You have to see the rest of this series.. mind boggling. It was on Channel4 in the UK and was called Animal Farm (heehee).... Truly scary
