I doubt it, damn near impossible in fact, it's part of a much greater context.
Ironically enough, Ken the animal lover didn't directly kill the old lady, he did it by proxy. Several proxies, actually, one at a time. You know what I mean.

It's K-K-K-Ken! K-K-K-Koming! To k-k-k-kill me!
But the most amazing scene for me, hands down, is the one with John Cleese stripping in Russian.
