Countdown: House of Scandal
The New York Times is reporting that four top White House lawyers took part in discussions with the CIA about whether to destroy the videotapes of the interrogations of suspected terrorists. Dana Perino gets a little testy at today's press conference and Mark Filip got an earful during his confirmation hearing today. Richard Wolffe weighs in.
