I think that this was not done scientifically enough and further studies should be done. And against great cost to my well being, I will volunteer for the job of watcher.

I think in order to get a 30 min work out from looking at breasts, you need to be able to stare at the breasts of a woman DOING a 30 min work out. Obviously the work must be done somewhere :P That's just simple physics. . . I think. . . sorta. Pseudo-logic ftw!

Yeah, there wasn't anything particularly stimulating about 2 women just standing there, not allowed to even walk up to the subject let alone touch him.
But if these supposed brainiacs were actually scientific in their approach, they'd look at VO2 or some other metabolic metric in addition to HR, which in submax activity is a poor gauge of caloric expenditure.
