...But IS he alive NOW? We don't know. Because there's no way to date this. And I'm a suspicious mo fo, so I'm not gonna believe that he's actually alive until I get some sort of approximate on when he was last sighted.
Y'know, Dave Chappelle, he's like bigfoot. There's plenty of circumstantial evidence of his existence...but no solid PROOF.

The smoking ban is not that old in England. I think only a couple of months, so this must be pretty recent.
