Back when Comedy Central Presents had the top 10 (or whatever) fan chosen episodes, and this beat out Stephen Lynch, I thought the same thing.

I mean hes a fine comedian, but believe me there are far many better comedians out there.

When he was funny, indeed. He used to be a funny guy who spazzed too much at times. But now he's a guy who spazzes to much and rarely says anything funny. I blame it on the crack.
