I dont see this too racist either. He stereotypes blacks as fat lipped and ignorant and stereotypes the whites as greedy, coniving cash whores. Even makes fun of uncle sam.

Exacly, sterio typeing a race is racist and that charector is an example of a black sterio type. It made all black people look as retarded as goerge bush.
