Then again, how was Ronald Reagan going to pay for his massive military buildup and Star Wars (SDI)?

He had me at "My goal will be to eliminate sexual ignorance and venereal disease." Too bad he's built an empire on the objectification of women - at least he's willing to try and "remove the oppressive hand of the government from the crotch of the American people." LOL.

Hey, I never claimed him to be the perfect candidate or that he'd have earned my vote. But aside from the obvious humor and his degrading women, he had a few ideas wrapped up in perverse concepts.
