As for those tires, well, typically on non-street legal drag cars (like the ones in the video), you have racing slicks that are actually wrinkled some because they are not compleletly inflated. This is so because when the wheels start spinning at the high rate that they do, the air expands violently (you wouldn't want to be on the in side of the tire) due to the motion and heat. The tire will then be "inflated." Remember; how inflated something is a related to pressure. One of these tires may look fully inflated if you took it and the wheel up 50,000 ft or higher while 1,000 ft under water it may shrivel up.
