this reminds me of the time i put a camera in my cousins bathroom and she beat me with a tube of hair gel. it hurt a lot, but i learned my lesson,

It is syrup of ipicap. I could be wrong on the spelling, not sure. You are supposed to take a spoonful of it if you have consumed an alkaline based poison only. The ipicap will make your stomach react and throw up all of its contents so you will rid the poison that you have swallowed.

alkaline is basic, it'd be to get rid of bases, not acid, but whatever. and it's spelled correctly in the title.
it's frowned upon now because it can cause fatigue which complicates seeing if you're actually poisoned, doesn't actually get rid of the poison all the time and is used now by bulimics

This is GREAT! :D I didn't catch this episode of Family Guy. When I watched this clip I laughed so hard my face hurt! Had to show some friends at work. We laughed so hard together, we all started crying because it's even funnier watching with friends - and ALL our faces hurt! Then we went out to lunch and had some chowder! :P
