But contraceptives aren't nearly as effective as abstinance when it comes to avoiding pregnancy, just as washing your hands isn't as affective as living in a plastic bubble when it comes to avoiding the common cold. ::snortle::

Teenage pregnancy is a serious issue... from when a teen girl cant read the fine print on the expiration date on birth control pills-- to a guy who has no idea how to use or put on a condom the right way.
Mostly, its brainless morons who don't know when to stop drinking that causes it.
