Why is one sound called "bartinpants" when he actually says "I may fart in my pants" not bart in my pants.

He actually does say "I made Bart in my pants". During the episode Bart is in a spelling bee and is asked to spell "imply". Whe he says "I-M-P.." Nelson laughs and says that Bart's made of pee. Ralph's line followed.
