The 22 year old punk-ass cop in this video has already lost his badge and gun. He's sitting behind a desk undergoing an investigation.
But the real crime is that if he wasn't in uniform, he'd be sitting in county with charges for assault instead.
This bicyclist was held in jail for 26 hours for "resisting arrest" and "attempted assault." But those charges probably won't stick in light of this damning video...
