This video demonstrates that Hitchens does not have his head so far up his ass that he cannot accept a fair challenge. That he is not too proud to risk being proved wrong.

I dig the passion Hitchens has for attacking religion (and other prime examples of mindless stupidity) and his determination to speak his mind, but I tend to disagree with his defense of the Neocons' War on Terror.

There are a great many people I'd love to see tortured, but even I know it is unjust. The possibility of mistaking an innocent person for a terrorist is simply not worth it. Not if Americans sincerely wish to claim that they are the 'good' guys in the conflict.

The torture question sure is a difficult one, eh. Does it truly work... and when is it acceptable to apply such measures?

Well, if you want my superior opinion... I say it should only be used on parents who take noisy children out in confined public places; anyone who doesn't think Japanese style of animation is totally fucking lame and hella gay, posers who play excessively loud hi-bass Hip Hop from their compact car, nimrods who drive below the speed limit, mentally vacant morons with no taste who think Paris Hilton deserves praise or any form of idol worship...

Ah.. fuck it. The list is too long. Too many annoying idiots out there.

1. At what moment and how would you try to remove Hitler from power?

2. Would you try to remove Saddam Hussein from power? If yes, tell me when and why? Take all the facts into account, and the facts only.

3. What would you do if Germany dropped an A-Bomb on London, but Germany's leader and all the German people professed their love for America?

4. What would you do when that despicable North Korean dictator begins to murder 10 innocent people a day, by public hanging? The North Koreans beg you to help them, or at least those that are able to.

I say waterboarding is too crappy of a torture. Anything we do to our service members and random 'apologists' is clearly not a bad enough torture for our enemies. What ever happened to pokers in the eyes or flaming bamboo sticks under the fingernails? Get real. Waterboarding is so lame it should be a sport.
