The American Civil Liberties Union of Washington has launched a multimedia public-education campaign on the country's marijuana laws and their impact on taxpayers, communities and those arrested.

This was one of the worst "paid advertisement" type things I have ever seen. The scripting was horrible!
I totally agree with the message, but if I didn't already I certainly wouldn't sit through this "program".

Haha, Rick Steves. I KNOW he's been in Amsterdam.
