This is insane. Illegal search and seizure. Exactly what American Patriots fought against during the Revolutionary War.
Plus we're talking about an old, minor celebrity with bongs. And to arrest him, our tax dollars paid for 10 - 20 cops, the DEA, the DA, and an actual freakin' helicopter...just to arrest Chong?! For bongs? Oh sweet mother.
I think the DA could have easily arranged to have Tommy Chong show up at court for an arraignment. Then a trial. Something civilized...and legal.
