According to a news report, Anna is suffering from prescription drug addiction (mostly narcotic painkillers) and might have been suffering its effects during the AMAs. Apparently, she was lucid during an interview before the show, where she described her addiction to reporter. Then, she took the stage and acted like a moron. After the show, she was re-interviewed and was seemingly lucid again. She had taken something (i.e. sedative or painkiller mixed with her normal diet supplement) to calm her nerves before her appearance and it had worn off by the time of the second interview.

As for her "Do you like my body?" comment... Considering that she recently lost 70 lbs, it isn't really surprising for her to call attention to her newly-slim body. She looks a hell of a lot better now than she did when she was 225 lbs.

Having said all that, I'm certainly not going to excuse her behaviour. She's just too fucked up to be worth paying any attention to.

That makes it even worse. Two years before is way too soon to be making fun of a dead person.
